Preparare direttamente nel tumbier ampio sul cui fondo siano già stati messi cubetti di ghiaccio, mescolando con l'apposito cucchiaino, poi riempire con soda ben fredda e mescolare ancora, ma dolcemente. Servire con una fetta d'arancia.
